My name is Cintiha Manzano also known as Cyn! I have lived in Florida for over 30 years. I was born in Cali, Colombia and migrated to New York in the early 80s. I consider myself a Miamian at heart since I spent most of my life in Miami Beach. Not only have I resided in Southeast Florida, I also enjoyed living and working in Central Florida for a year, specifically in the Greater Orlando area. While in Orlando, I had the pleasure of working as part of the #1 Team for my former brokerage and was awarded the 2021 Rising Star Award. More recently, I decided to move to Cape Coral, Florida. As now a resident of Southwest Florida, I am looking forward to helping clients with their real estate needs and showing them why Florida is rapidly growing. Prior to real estate, I spent over 20 years working as a legal assistant on some of the best legal teams in the nation. I also have a bachelor's degree from Barry University in Administration and Organizational Leadership.
